Shipping policy

 

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Soltech. 

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm EST through Sunday, or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

 

Pricing for shipping and options will be calculated at checkout.

  • Next Day Shipping (Weekday Deliveries Only)

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Soltech ships to addresses within the US, US Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Damages

Soltech is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

The Aspect and Vita lights ship to Canada & Mexico ($9.99), Europe, Oceania & N+S America ($39.99), and select Asian countries ($39.99).  Because of specific international certifications we are unable to ship to most Asian and all African countries.

The Highland system ships to Canada & Mexico ($9.99), Europe, Oceania & N+S America ($59.99), and select Asian countries ($59.99).

These prices are in USD.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Soltech is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).

Canada:

You are responsible for all Duties and Taxes on all shipments. These will be charged upon delivery or the shipping company WILL NOT release your package. This tax table is provided as a courtesy and for informational purposes only. For current tax rates and specific guidelines, visit the Canada Revenue Agency or Revenu Québec.   5% Alberta, 12% British Columbia, 13% Manitoba, 15% New Brunswick, 15% Newfoundland and Labrador, 5% Northwest Territories, 15% Nova Scotia, 5% Nunavut, 13% Ontario, 15% Prince Edward Island, 14.98% Quebec, 11% Saskatchewan, 5% Yukon. Other fees may exist that we are not aware of. We are unable to help you if you owe these fees with your country or local customs office. You will not be refunded shipping cost to or from us for any reason.

Australia:

You are responsible for all Duties and Taxes on all shipments. For goods with a value of AUD1000 or less, there are generally no duties, taxes or charges to pay at the border. To import goods with a value over AUD1000, you need to lodge an Import Declaration. There is a processing charge for making an Import Declaration. You will also be required to pay the duty and taxes for your goods. This information is provided as a courtesy and for informational purposes only.  For current tac rates and specific guidelines, visit the Australian Boarder Force or the Australian Taxation Office. Other fees may exist that we are not aware of. We are unable to help you if you owe these fees with your country or local customs office. You will not be refunded shipping cost to or from us for any reason.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery

We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the USPS. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.

Soltech will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.

Missing or Stolen Shipments

If you didn’t receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible:

We will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Local law enforcement will be involved. We will replace or refund your order when the investigation is complete. Allow up to 21 days for the investigation.
