    Ingredients:

    • 1 cup fresh grapefruit juice
    • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
    • 1-2 tablespoons mint simple syrup (adjust to taste)
    • 6-8 fresh mint leaves, plus extra for garnish
    • Sparkling water
    • Ice cubes
    • Grapefruit slices for garnish

    Instructions:

    • Make Mint Simple Syrup:
      • In a small saucepan, combine 1/4 cup water and 1/4 cup sugar.
      • Add fresh mint leaves and heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar is dissolved.
