Love love how this light looks but stopped working

"I received this as a gift this spring and the light slowly stopped working, it would turn on very dimly 20-30 minutes after I had turned it on (mine also didn’t come with a timer) and eventually gave up all together. My boyfriend who purchased this has emailed a few times and has not received a response. I would loveeee a replacement as I absolutely adore this light and the ambient glow it adds to the room is top tier when it works, I just wish it actually worked"

"Light bulb arrived broken two times - what a hassle. There is no lamp shade; what you see is the light bulb. Therefore, I'm worried about the long-term availability of this custom bulb if the lamp is ever discontinued. On top of that, the wood base is quite soft and indents easily. Arrives Broken 3/3 times

"On my third aura light. The globe becomes detached from the base and breaks. Sent the first one back, got a warranty shipment for another. . . didnt even take it out of the box. As soon as i opened the box i could see the bulb detached from the base. I just immedeityl sent that one back for another warranty replacement. That one came very loose, and when i plugged it in it didnt turn on. I litterally had to tap it gently to get it to turn on. So i guess I'm going to report for a 4th replacement."
