It delivers the same full-spectrum photosynthetic light that professional horticultural lamps provide, while doubling as a warm, dimmable lamp that enhances your living space. In short: Aura is a lifestyle piece that elevates your décor while supporting plant health.

Yes. Aura isn’t just a decorative lamp, it’s backed by proven horticultural science. It emits full-spectrum light (400–700 nm) with a Photosynthetic Photon Flux (PPF) of 20.34 μmol/s. These specifications ensure your plants receive the energy they need for photosynthesis. Unlike ambient-only lamps, Aura provides the right quality of light so your plants not only survive but thrive indoors.

Aura creates a warm, soothing glow with a color temperature of 3000K and a near-perfect CRI of 98, meaning it renders colors accurately and beautifully. That makes it ideal for creating cozy living rooms, relaxing bedrooms, or calming workspaces. The light is also fully dimmable, so you can set the mood, from bright and energizing during the day to soft and ambient in the evening, all while keeping your plants nourished.

The Aura’s design is as premium as its performance. The base is made from solid natural wood, available in two finishes: Light Alder and Espresso Wenge. Each base is laser-etched with the signatures of Soltech and Matteo Ragni, making it a true designer piece. The combination of Italian design heritage and natural wood craftsmanship ensures that Aura looks elegant in modern, minimalist, and even traditional home interiors. It’s more than a light, it’s functional art.

The Aura Lamp is designed as a close-range grow light. Based on UL horticultural testing, plants should be placed within 24 inches of the lamp for best results:

  • 0-8in (Bright, Indirect Light): Great for plants like succulents, cacti, herbs, rubber plants, and crotons.
  • 8-18in (Moderate Indirect Light): Works well for tropicals such as monstera, peace lilies, and spider plants.
  • 18-24in (Low-Light Tolerant): Only suitable for hardy plants like snake plants, ZZ plants, or pothos.

For optimal growth, keep most plants within 1–2 feet of Aura. Beyond ~24 inches, the tested PPFD levels drop too low to provide meaningful photosynthetic support
