Example: Hanging it 3 feet above a plant offers a 3' x 3' coverage area.
Everything you need comes in the box:

For a quicker install, predrill small holes before securing the hooks. These will safely support the weight of your Vita™ light.
Use the included Fairleads to guide the power cord cleanly along walls or ceilings. It keeps your setup both safe and stylish.
To raise or lower the light, simply loosen the Fairleads and reposition.

High Light Plants: Hang the large Vita™ grow light 24in - 36in above high light plants such as cacti, dracaena, and fiddle leaf fig. For smaller high light plants, use the small Aspect™ grow light at a height of 12in - 24in.
Medium Light Plants: Position the Vita™ grow light 36in - 48in above medium light plants like spider plant, pothos, and peace lily. For smaller medium light plants, hang the small Aspect™ grow light at a height of 24in - 36in.
Low Light Plants: Optimize growth for low light plants like pothos, fern, and Chinese evergreen by hanging the Vita™ grow light at a height of 48in - 60in. For smaller low light plants, use the Vita™ grow light at a height of 36in - 48in.
