The Wholesale Partner Referral Program is open to legal business entities based in the United States. This includes sole proprietorships, LLCs, partnerships, and corporations with a valid EIN or equivalent tax documentation.
If you're an individual creator, influencer, or content partner without a registered business, our creator program is a better fit — reach out to zack@soltech.com.
Every approved partner receives a personal Store Code that takes 15% off for your customers at checkout. When a customer uses your code, you also earn a flat 15% commission on the order subtotal — excluding shipping, handling, and any applicable taxes.
A few details worth knowing:
Payouts are issued monthly, between the last day of the previous month and the 6th day of the new month, covering the prior payout period.
You can choose to receive your earnings by paper check or PayPal. You'll specify your preference and payee details on the application form.
The payee name on file must match your legal business name. If you operate under a DBA, you'll be asked to upload your DBA registration document along with your W-9 or CP 575.

If your legal business name differs from the payee name you'd like used, please also include a copy of your DBA registration document.
If you're unable to upload documents through the form, you may email them to jonah@soltech.com prior to approval.
After approval, we'll send a welcome packet with printed materials you can share with customers — postcards, mini lookbooks, and referral cards designed to introduce them to Soltech and your Store Code.
We'll also send digital assets (social-ready images, shareable links, email signature snippets) so you can promote however suits your business best.
As an independent referral partner, you are solely responsible for reporting and remitting any applicable taxes on income earned through this program, in accordance with the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction.
Soltech provides a monthly payout statement documenting your earnings for that period. Beyond these monthly statements, Soltech does not track, calculate, or issue additional revenue or tax statements on your behalf. We recommend consulting a qualified tax professional with any questions about your specific obligations.
Of course. You can deactivate your Store Code at any time by contacting jonah@soltech.com. Any commissions earned through the deactivation date will be paid out on the next monthly cycle.
