Spearmint plants can be grown in bright or moderate, indirect light conditions. However, the leaves will have the most flavor when grown in full sun (bright, direct light). The spearmint leaves will produce more oil will stronger sunlight. Placing your spearmint in a south-facing window will supply suitable lighting.
