Great light, rather heavy
"I have been so grateful to this lamp for helping my saguaro recover from etiolation, but it's definitely a challenge to find a lamp to put it in. I finally found a couple of table lamps and then put counterweights on the bases (a purple mason jar full of water, a 6lb hand weight), and it works just fine! I also found a floor lamp that fit my third Vita bulb. That also required a counterweight, but it doesn't matter to me. My organ pipe and my saguaro (Ajo and Wren, respectively) are happy with the supplementation since they're not in direct sun all day!"

I love my plant wall!
"Plants in the corners!! My work-in-progress plant wall is a dream ✨🪴. Before, all my plants were clustered on the table in front of the window. My Vitas have allowed me to really expand the space, providing warm lighting that is necessary for my plants and lovely for me! 💕"

Unmatched
"To have a high quality (like, truly high quality) grow light that emits such a beautiful, warm color temp while still checking all the boxes you'd want in a grow light... yeah, I'm officially on the bandwagon. I get the hype. I absolutely detest the color temp of most grow lights. I'm particularly sensitive to cool-toned lighting, but beyond that, I just think it's so ugly. Neon purple? Pink? Bluish-white? Not in this house! I've actually avoided grow lights altogether because I could never find one that didn't make me feel like I was living in a lab. Unfortunately, that meant passing up plants I'd otherwise love to own simply because I couldn't provide them with enough light. And the plants I already owned, well they weren't thriving as much as they could be. But we settled for that. There's only so many plants I can cram around my windows and hope for a few sunny days. My apartment has exclusively north and west facing windows, and I already live somewhere that's overcast more often than not. Not exactly ideal conditions. But I settled for it because I want plants, damn it. My first purchase was the Vita Wide, and I've been so impressed with it that I can't stop recommending it to my fellow houseplant owners. I can't speak to how well it performs during germination, but I've used it with several plants at different stages of growth, and they've all shown noticeable results pretty quickly. These divas are thriiiiiiving now. At the time of writing this, it's daytime, and I wanted to include a photo. Don't be fooled by the sunny window, though. This is a rare sunny day where I live, so the photo isn't exactly representative of the usual lighting conditions. Hence the placement of the grow light! I adjust its position as needed, and one of my favorite things about it is the convenience of being able to screw it into any standard light fixture. I've been moving it around the house, swapping it between lamps near different plants, lol. At this point, I should probably just buy another one. I don't even know if I'm placing it in an ideal way, but whatever angles it's been in have been working. Wide range is truly wide. Anyhoo, I'm genuinely impressed. I initially questioned the price point tbh, but I can now see why it's justified. Especially appreciate the sales and the rewards program etc. Gives us some wiggle room. And is honestly the only way I am justifying going for another bulb. The one remaining factor for me is longevity, which will ultimately seal the deal. Given how well it's met all my other expectations, I'm hopeful it'll deliver on that front, too. TL;DR: It's not just a pretty grow light with a warm glow. It's a good grow light. An excellent bulb. A delightful product indeed! Soltech has officially won me over. Over and out."

Finally. . . Dimmable and NOT Pink!
"I thought that warm, beautiful, soft white light suitable for a living room was an impossibility. I was wrong. These spotlights cast the perfect color temperature for any decorative living space, and after just a few days, I can tell that my plants absolutely love these bulbs. Don't bother with the cheap no name bulbs on Amazon. Soltech is actually worth the money."

Perfect lighting solution
"This grow light bulb perfectly fit my ceiling light fixture and dims seamlessly. Brightens up my home office corner with warm light. Shout-out @wildfern for introducing me to this brand. Having lived in OH/PA my whole life, I was happy to see that this is a local brand as well!"

Best grow light!
"This grow light gives my plants exactly what they need without the nasty purple glow. It actually looks like natural daylight in the room. Highly recommend if you want a grow light that doesn't look like one!"

These lights are a MUST
"I love the warmth of these lights in comparison to other lights on the market. The glow is so much more pleasing - yet still effective light for indoor growing!"

Decent Grow Bulb for Houseplants
"For work I am a senior crop advisor and specialize in indoor controlled environment horticulture. I purchased this Vita grow light for my personal houseplant collection, I have north facing windows and not enough natural light. My Vita bulb is 28-30" above my plants (monstera and philodendron) and they receive 50-60 PPFD (~2 DLI). To be honest, I was a bit disappointed by the lack of light intensity from this bulb, I was expecting more. Most houseplants (anthurium, alocasia, monstera, pothos, etc) thrive under DLI's between 6-12. Was hoping for a higher light intensity from this bulb but its just not capable of it, may have consider the higher wattage Aspect fixture or another option. Great choice for aesthetics but not if you are trying to provide your plants with the appropriate light levels. Im even suspect if the Aspect has enough PAR light to bring my DLI up."

Amazing grow light!
"Have been using this in a beautiful crate and barrel lamp and it is perfectly lighting my Rubber tree. Going to by one of the lamp stands now for my Alocasia."
